Shipping Policy

Once your order is confirmed, we take 1-2 working days to pack it at our warehouse. Once it is dispatched, our delivery partners may take 2-4 business days to deliver in metros and 5-7 business days for the rest of India. You should receive a tracking link on your registered email & phone number post dispatch.

Shipping Charges:

All prepaid orders come with free shipping pan India. If you opt for Cash on Delivery, a non-refundable shipping charge will be added.

Cancellation Policy:

Order cancellation is only possible if your order is unfulfilled and still at our warehouse. Please text us at +91 8130052378 immediately to check if cancellation is possible. Once your order is dispatched, we will not be able to cancel it. We recommend reviewing your cart carefully before placing the order to avoid any inconvenience.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email and WhatsApp message with a tracking link. If you have not received the link, please reach out to us over email or WhatsApp with your order ID and we’ll help you with the same.

Delay in Order Delivery:

If your order has crossed its Estimated Date of Delivery, please share your order ID with us at customercarefmc@gmail.com. Please give us 2-3 days to coordinate with our delivery partners and get the order delivered.

Order Lost / Untraceable / Stuck in Transit:

If the tracking link shows that your order is lost or untraceable, please share your order ID with us over email. Please give us 8-10 days to get your order delivered. Depending on the status of your order, we will issue a replacement, refund, or reattempt delivery. We will stay in touch with you during this time and provide you with the best possible solution.

Order Returned to Origin (RTO):

If the tracking link shows that your prepaid order has been returned back to us, please reach out to us with your order ID over email. We can place a replacement order or process a full refund on a case-by-case basis. If your COD order has been returned to origin, you can go ahead and place a new order on the website.

Can I modify the products once the order is placed?

Unfortunately, products can’t be modified once an order is placed. If the order has not been dispatched, we can cancel your original order and place a new order on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us over mail immediately.

Can I modify the shipping details once the order is placed?

Yes, you can get your address and phone number updated until the order is unfulfilled. Once the order is shipped, we cannot change your shipping address. You can share an alternate phone number over email in case you want to share it with the delivery partner post dispatch.

Haven’t received the order but tracking shows delivered:

If you haven’t received your order but tracking shows delivered, please share your order ID with us at customercarefmc@gmail.com within 48 hours of the order status being updated as delivered.

It may take our team 7-10 working days to investigate the issue thoroughly and get back to you with the best possible resolution. We will not be able to provide a solution if you reach out after 48 hours of the order being marked delivered.

Payment Concerns:

Payment failed, but money got debited from bank account:

If your money was debited from your bank account even after seeing a payment failure message, the amount should be automatically refunded within 7 business days by your bank. If your money is not refunded after 7 days, please write to us at customercarefmc@gmail.com and we’ll check for you.

Payment successful, but order not created:

If your payment was successful but you haven’t received an order confirmation, we recommend checking your spam or promotions folder. If you still can’t find it, please send a screenshot of the payment confirmation, along with your registered email and phone number, to customercarefmc@gmail.com. Please allow 48 hours for us to check internally and provide a resolution.
