Shipping, Cancellation & Return Policy
All products will be shipped 2-3 days after placing your order unless otherwise stated or emailed to you.
Haven't yet received shipping information/order confirmation? Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll send it as soon as possible!
International orders will take upto a 7 days to ship, and another 7 to reach you. Customs and duties are the responsibility of the customer.Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
Any changes in address must be emailed within 30 minutes of placing your order (only eligible for orders placed between 10AM - 8PM) otherwise we can't change it.
No changes in an order are allowed once an order is placed, relating to number of items/product chosen.
Please email us at email@example.com. Have your order number ready. If the order has already been provided to our fulfillment center, we are unable to cancel the order.
No cancellations, no changes in number of items or order placed. You will not receive a refund if the order must be cancelled. If the item is discounted/on sale, we will not cancel the order.
We do not have a return policy.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24 hours of receiving) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Refunds in case of Cancellations:
Refunds made in case of order cancellation will be made immediately upon cancellation and the amount paid will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Sales & Promotion Policy:
No discount codes + affiliate codes will be inactive during all sale timings, unless stated otherwise.
No customization is available for products with variants during all sale days, unless stated otherwise.
